How To Apply

Admission Requirement

Complete the Enrolment Form in English and attach the following documents:-

8 pieces of passport-size photographs (strictly blue background)

1 set photocopies of passport (Every page of the whole booklet on A4 size paper.

1 set photocopy of high school/college academic transcripts and certificate.

Please ensure that student’s name printed on academic certificates follows the exact spelling on the passport.

Registration & Visa Processing Fee to be paid upon receive of application

For applicant that apply from overseas, please scan all the documents above and email it to
gilbert-at-globalisasi.edu.my and please bring along the hardcopy of the document during registration day.

Other Information

For foreign students to enter our school, we have a minimum age of 16 and up to the age of 35.

The approval letter from Malaysian Immigration Department is valid only for three (3) months from date of issue. Students are required to arrived at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport 14 working days from the date of expiry, failing that the Immigration Department do not allow the approval letter to be reprint and Globalisasi Language Centre (GLC) will have to resubmit the application to get a new approval. For doing that GLC will charge RM200.00 (or USD72 @ 2.8) for management fee. Similarly, the term apply if student lost the document or the document is deemed to be not in acceptable condition by the Immigration Officer.

Students' itinerary should be forwarded to GLC seven (7) working days before departure.

Note: It is important to note that under Malaysian Immigration Laws, a representative from GLC is required to meet you at the airport.

All fee should be paid before student arrives. Should there be any arrears in payment of the fee, GLC has the right not to release student at the airport.

Please take note that GLC will only be responsible to release students from the airport, should the student need to take a taxi or any public transport to any location required, the fee should be borne by the students.

*Please note that GLC will not release students on weekend and public holidays
